She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Edward Nichols; her parents, James Robert "Jiffy" and Mary Gladys Carroll; her parents-in-law, Paul and Dora Mae Nichols; her nephew Jaison Thomas Myers; and her great-nephew Caleb Thomas Radford.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Nichols Long; her sister Jeanie; her brother-in-law Michael Myers; her grandsons, Loren and James Paul Long; her great grandchild Gage Hensman; her nieces, Angie Myers Daniels and Robyn Myers Radford; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Reed, Emma, Tate, Eliza Daniels, Colby and Connor Radford. She is also survived by family members and friends.
