He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Ruth Thompson Williams; and his parents, Garner Wayne Williams and Kate Williams Graham. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Williams Jones and Phillip Wayne Williams; his grandchildren, Jake Millard, Adam Millard, Gavin Williams, Zack Williams and Katrina Williams; his cousin Jerry Williams; and his son-in-law David B. Jones.
