Dean III, Jonathan Dean, John, Tyler Brown and Da Veda Dean; his great grandchild RaKeim McGhee; his siblings, Griffin Dean (Erma), Dennis Dean, Kenneth Dean (Diane), Anita of Washington, Cecelia McCray of Knoxville, Joan Scudder of Johnson City, Kaye Hawkins (Charles) of Loudon County, Jennifer Coffin and Inger Scudder (Richard); his sister-in-law Evelyn Dean of Sterling, VA; his niece Kimberly Dean of Washington, D. C.; and his cousin Michael Holland.
