She is survived by: her brother Matthew Ervin (Pudd); her husband Richard Creekmore; her children, Lindsey Cagle (Andrew Russell) and Lance Cagle; her parents, Danny Ervin and Mary Ervin; her parents-in-law, Pam and Rick Creekmore; her brothers, Donnie (Christi) and Brian (Claudette); and her sister-in-law Monica Ervin (Misty Hamlin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
