He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennie Powell and Ottis Powell. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Powell. He is also survived by sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many special friends.
