He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Tom Brewer and Jenny Kagley Brewer; and his brothers, Charles Brewer, Cecil Brewer and Tom Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brewer; and his sons, Mike Brewer (Ruth), Samuel Brewer (Wanda) and Dan Brewer (Claudia). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grand daughter.
