She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vawter and Margaret Vawter; her husband Snell Mills Jr.; her sisters, Hettie Vawter, Dorothy Winter (Dan) and Sara; and her son-in-law Ed Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Mills and Snell Mills, III; and her daughter-in-law Carrie Eby Mills. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
