She is survived by: her sons, Richard Garner (Tracey) and Scott Garner; her granddaughter Chelsey Williams (Roger); her great grandchild Ruthie Grace Williams; her sisters, Verla Waggoner (George) and Dorothy Van Dyke; and her caregivers, Patsy Meyer and Missy Hatcher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; very special nieces.
