With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nellie Louise Borden of Maryville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 12, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Eugene and Emma Jane Kagley; her brother Steve Eugene Kagley; her grandson Jack Lee Payne III; and her former husband Carl Frank Borden.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Lee (Tammie Payne), Brigette (Terry Hughes), Carla (Michael Stegall) and LeeAnn (Stephen Saya); her sisters, Pearl McClemore, Brenda and Kris Young; her close friend Glen Key Sr.; and her caregiver Linda Ocoha. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
