She was predeceased by: her husband Earl C. Poplin Sr.; her granddaughter Tara Poplin; her daughter-in-law Nina Roberts Poplin; her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Sally Garner; her brother Ray; her sister-in-law Derotha Garner; her brother Glen Garner; and her sister-in-law Soley Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Earl C. Poplin Jr., Charles C. Poplin, Sandra Poplin Blevins (Sonny), Rodney E. Poplin (Peggy), Steven L. Poplin (Carolyn) and Becca Poplin Caylor (Mark); and her brother Don Garner (Ann). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
