He was predeceased by: his sons, Terry and Charles Garren; his parents, Dorothy Weeks and Clyde Weeks; his stepmother Mable Weeks; his siblings, Ronnie, Ricky Weeks, Sandy Cline and Debbie Montgomery; his uncle Sam; and his aunt Irene Stinnett.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Weeks; his children, Sammy, Melvin Weeks and Rea Weeks; his brothers, Wayne (Barbara Weeks), Randall (Nita Weeks), Clyde (Lisa Weeks) and Steve Weeks; his stepsister Connie Grindstaff; and his mother-in-law Marie Wright. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
