He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona Jones Roach and Louis Roach; his brothers, Jackie Roach and Stephen Roche; and his daughter Tammy Borden.
He is survived by: his brother Johnny; his sister-in-law Sara Roach; his son Michael L.; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Roach; his daughter Kasi Roach-Davis; his son-in-law Houston Davis; his granddaughters, Sheena Utt (Matt), Madison Roach, Sadie Roach and Hattie Davis; and his great grandchild Josiah Utt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
