He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hubert Ernest Cunningham and Jessica Ann Cunningham; and his grandparents, Jeanette Cunningham and Millard Manry. He is survived by: his parents, Lynn Cunningham and Debbie Cunningham; his grandmother Betty Manry; his uncles, David Cunningham, Sharon Cunningham of Lafayette, GA, Shelley Griffith, Judi Griffith of Athens, TN and Connie Danahoo of Jacksonville, FL; and his wife Christie.

Michael didn't like flowers, so he requested any donations be made to the ASPCA or St. Jude's.
