He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his daughter Debbie Wilson (Mike); his granddaughter Amy Wilson; his son-in-law Ray Brumbaugh; and his siblings, Bob Phillips (Della), Johnny Phillips (Carol) and Ruby Cook.
