He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Purkey, Ernestine Ball, Darlene Smalling and Robert Lowe; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Lowe, Delores Lowe, Judy Roddy and Dwight Smalling. He is also survived by 18 Nieces and Nephews; many Grand-Nieces and Nephews.
