With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max Houston Coulter (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Coulter and Anna Coulter; his in-laws, Oliver and Hettie Lawson; and his siblings, Harold Coulter, Eileen Lowe and June Walker Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Coulter; his sons, Mike Coulter (Jan) and Bryan Coulter (Hollie); his grandsons, Brad Coulter (Anndrea), Seth Coulter (Haven), Andrew Coulter (Addie) and Graham Coulter; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Oakleigh, Ethan, Zane, Charlotte, Navy and Savannah.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (3736 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37804). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM and from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
