It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Cotter (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wallace and Edith Wallace of Maryville; her husband Hubert Cotter; her siblings, Bill Wallace, Evelyn Humphrey (Wallace) and Barbara Rickard (Wallace); her son Donald Cotter of Henderson, KY; and her granddaughter Sarah Miller.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Liz Miller (Cotter) of Moundsville, WV, Susan Anderson (Cotter) of Sikeston, MO, Ken Cotter of Longmont, CO and Bill Cotter of Rossville, TN.; and her grandchildren, Scott Anderson, Stacy Anderson, Ann Helmick (Miller), Laura McCall (Miller), Eric Cotter, Steve Cotter, Lucas Cotter and Jenna Daller (Cotter). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Tennessee Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
