She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Walter B., Laura Bailey Bacon, Richard and Dora Coffman Petty; her parents, Hubert Earl Bacon Sr. and Thelma Petty Bacon; and her brother Hubert Earl Bacon Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Dodson; and her siblings, Barbara Lee, Jeanine Hall, Rita Brooks and Rickey Bacon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Clarks Grove Cemetery (3217 Williams Mill Rd, Maryville, TN 37804).
