He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie M. Starrett and Louise Starrett Harris; his stepfather Luke Harris; his siblings, Jean Oliver and Richard Harris; his niece Cynthia Louise Watkins; and his nephew Vincent Scott Everett.
He is survived by: his sister Emma Sue White; his nieces and nephews, Tenna Sue Hunt, Tammy Larry, Tim and Mark Oliver; and his great-nephews, Chad Everett-Michael and Corey Hunt.
