He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cloniger and Helen Cloniger; and his sister Ginger Cloniger. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Everett; his niece Debbie Millsapps (Darrell); and his nephews, Randy Everett (Angie) and David Everett (Teresa). He is also survived by 5 great nieces and 2 great nephews; 4 great-great-nephews and 5 great-great-nieces.
