She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leonard Herbst; her children, Carol Herbst Oakley and Kevin Herbst; her grandsons, Brian Oakley, Lauren Kelly and Dirk Fuchs; and her great grandchildren, Greyson Oakley, Susan Kelly, Liam Kelly, Layla Fuchs, Danika Fuchs and Beckett Fuchs.
In lieu of flowers, it has been requested that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity or the Maryville/Alcoa Animal Rescue Center in Alcoa, Tennessee.
