She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lewis; her children, Teri Lynn Lewis, Mary Beth Noe (Jerry), Patti Goin (Michael) and William Lewis (Amy); her grandchildren, Amanda Goin, Alex Goin (Harley), Jessi Lewis, Amber, Kevin Vicini, Kyle, Sydney Noe and Dustin Lewis; and her siblings, Robert Belko, William Belko, David Belko and Betty Sicks. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
