She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Cicala and Catherine Cicala. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Gass and Thomas Flynn; her grandson James Lewis; her brothers, Carmello, Anthony and Charlie Cicala; her husband Charles Richard Lewis; her children, Amy Louise Baxter and James Edward Lewis (Antoniette); her sister Alice Middleton (Greg); her grandchildren, Rena McPherson (Ken), A. J. Gass (Stacey), Sheryl Sweinhagen (Ron), Richard Baxter III, Brittany Lewis, Christopher Lewis and Stephanie Lewis; and her extended family, Rebecca Lewis and Willard Gass. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
