She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eugene and Barbara Nell Barnard Blackwelder; and her brother Martin Lee Blackwelder. She is survived by: her nieces, Leeah Silvey (Andy) and Cesilee Ashley (Kyle); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Madelyn, Wyatt, Cathryn, Pierce, Cayden, Ember and Elton; and her sister-in-law Joan Hayes Blackwelder.
