She is survived by: her parents, Betty Arlene Haislip and Donald Lee Haislip (Wonda Wilson); her children, Nichole Farr (Harrison Farr) and Riley Knox; her sister Deana Landers (Gary Landers); her sons, Derrick (Jessica Landers) and Austin Landers; her brother John Haislip; her nephew Conner Haislip; and her caregiver Stephanie Crain.
