He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Smith, Wendell (Patti Smith), Kathy Kelso, Linda Radford, Robert Myers, Bill (Cindy Myers), Larry (Virginia Myers) and Betty (Maynard Shifflett); his nieces, Kimber, Cheryle Smith and Kaitlin Rogers; his nephew Joey Kelso; his great-nephews, Tyson Smith, Elijah Rogers and Micah Smith; his great-niece BrookLea Smith; and his friend Miranda Myers.
