He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Sue Lowe. He is survived by: his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Lowe; his granddaughter Mandy Lowe; his brother Gary; his sisters-in-law, Iva Lowe and Bobbie Lowe; and his nephews, Richard Lowe and Roger Lowe.
