With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Manuel (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William J. Cotner and Jessie Cotner; and her siblings, William, Franklin, James, George, Elizabeth Cotner and Mary Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Helen Taylor, Roosevelt Manuel (Miranda), Mose Leon Manuel (Teresa) and William Jasper Manuel (Karla); her siblings, Minnie Helen Locke and Walter Cotner; her siblings-in-law, Ben Manuel and Epsie Jackson (Thomas); her daughter-in-law Renee Manuel Bates; and her close friend Ginger Rogers. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
