He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred S. Patty and Wina Estell Patty. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tipton Patty; his son Charles David Patty; his brother Dan; his sister-in-law Lena Patty; and his half-brother Fred Patty Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
