He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Warner and Ruth Warner; his former wife Karen; and his daughter Kristy. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Trent Warner (Lisi), Scott Warner, Shelley Sullivan (Ronnie), Cassandra Utley (Chuck), Karalyn Cascarella (James), Keith Wall (Kendall) and Kimberly Summers (Christopher); his siblings, Jeanne Raymond (Rick), Linda Eisenhut, Melissa Lentz (Ted), Kim Warner, Sylvia Milton, Shawn Warner, Maria McKenzie (James), Maureen Molnar (Jim) and Becky Kurtz (Chris); and his parents-in-law, Keith Wall and Diana Wall. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
