He is survived by: his wife Madonna Slaven of Maryville; his siblings, Clifford Slaven of Anderson, Indiana, Wilda Massonaga (Gary) of San Jose and Donna Meece (Bob) of Sommerset, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, James Fitzgerald of Oneida, Tennessee, Margie Slaven of Falkville, Penny Jent of Talbott and Denise Russell of Luttrell, Tennessee; his stepson Travis Roach of Talbott; and his stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Hunter, Brooklyn of Sweetwater and Sky of Talbott, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to help with medical expenses.
