He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnie Parham and Louise Parham; his sister-in-law Victoria Adams; and his cousin Ronnie McDermitt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Parham; his children, Kara Wittenberg (Allen) and Zach Parham (Gina); his grandsons, Gabriel Wittenberg, Cashel Wittenberg, Silas Parham and Israel Parham; his sister Rena Parham; and his brother-in-law Mike Adams.
