She is survived by: her husband Roy Smith; her daughters, Amy Baker (Steven) and Kathryn Len Hall (Craig); her grandchildren, Kendra Kennedy, Nicholas Sands (Kayla Oody), Callie Baker (Jeremy Seeders) and Landon Baker; her siblings, Tammy Smith (Alan) and Wesley Weaver (Nancy); and her aunt Dainne Cooper.
