It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathryn (Katy) Enger Sjostrom (Maryville, Tennessee), born in Blue Earth, Minnesota, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Sjostrom; her daughter Inger Sjostrom; her parents, Julius Enger and Harriet Enger; and her siblings, Mary Pirsig and John Enger.
She is survived by: her children, Gretchen Prisock, Ric Sjostrom (Leslie) and Jon Sjostrom (Erin); her grandchildren, Lauren Morrill-Ragusea (Adam), Andrew Morrill, Claire Fulliton (Sam), Stefanie Madison (Nathan), Eric Sjostrom, Jacob Sjostrom, Noah Sjostrom, Chris Beaton and Blake Beaton; her great grandchildren, Freddie, Leo Ragusea and Weston Madison; and her sister Julie Nelson (Doug). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
