She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Havens and Charlotte Havens; and her brothers, Dennis and Mayford Havens. She is survived by: her husband David Whitehead; her daughters, Karlen Boring and Juli Whitehead (Mandy); her grandchildren, Aidian Davis, Bailey Boring, Jackson Boring and Emma Simms; and her niece Renee Murphy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 220 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM.
