She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Green; her parents, R. J. Hicks and Gladys Wood Hicks; her siblings, Bob Hicks, Lucille Phillips, Freida Morton and Paul Hicks; her sister-in-law Mary Lynn Rudd; her grandson Jeremy Captain; and her children-in-law, Debbie Bush Green and Timothy Leveille.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa G. Sprinkle (Ken), Mark E. Green (Huma Khan), Melinda Captain Green and Jeanie Leveille Green. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and much-loved nieces and nephews.
