She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Eugene Godwin; her parents, Edgar Harrison and Hazel Beatrice Linginfelter; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Fleming, Maxwell Linginfelter and Gary Wayne Linginfelter.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Jean Smith (Skip) and Ernest Christopher Godwin; and her grandchildren, Chet Smith, Matthew Smith, Will Smith and Zoie Godwin. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
