He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Jenkins and Martha Jenkins; and his sister Frances. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Jenkins; and his siblings, Roy, Ralph, Allen, Donna, Sheila, Margaret, Margie and Barbara. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
