He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Mae Cochran (Jill); his parents, Carmer Peterson Cochran and Cecil H. Cochran; and his siblings, Edna Maples, Dale Montgomery, Eleanor Denton and Charles Cochran.
He is survived by: his sister Darlene C. Kerley. He is also survived by several nieces, and great-nieces.
