He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Quiett and Iva Lee Quiett; and his siblings, Betty Miller, George, Ullyss, Ray and Alan Quiett.

He is survived by: his wife Wonda Tallent Quiett; his daughters, Melissa Dyer (Dawn Horton), Tina (Daniel Messner) and Loretta (Howie Solomon); his grandchildren, Jill, Andrew Tidwell, Charlie Dyer, Danielle, Jacqueline Anderson and Jessica Pogue; and his sisters, Mary Faye Webb of Maryville and Dorothy Strickland of Maryville. He is also survived by his family and friends.
