He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sister Carol Bubel (Van); his children, Tracey, David, Travis (Stephanie) and Ginger; his stepsons, Keith Lewis (Lori) and Kyle Jenkinson; his grandchildren, Victoria, Kevin Cooper (Lane), Anthony, Deanna, Ali Campo, Lucas and Ashlyn Cooper; and his great grandchildren, Danica, Cameron Herron and Waylon Cooper.
