He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Lane Hughes Tomlison; his daughter Kelly Renee Ponder (Robert David Ponder) of Alcoa, TN; and his grandchildren, Robert Isaac Ponder (Kathryn) of Colonial Beach, VA., William David Ponder of Page, AZ. and Maria Renee Ponder of Maryville, TN..
