He is survived by: his wife Gail; his son Jason; his daughters-in-law, Jamey Blair and Robyn Blair Tucker; his grandchildren, Lucas Blair (Callie), Lee Blair, Katie Blair and Ashley Blair; his siblings-in-law, Keith and Jerene Sykes; his nephew Dane Adney; his cousins, Brad Deaton (Cathy) and Ann Juge; and his caregivers, Teresa Chastain, Jane Howe and Arin Rose. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots or the Blount County Habitat for Humanity.
