He is survived by: his parents, Ann Cayemberg of Knoxville and Paul Boyd; his stepmother Sally Boyd of Powell, TN; his grandmother Carolyn Jodell Boyd; his stepsister Maggie Hanson of Clinton; his sister Ashley Boyd; his aunts and uncles, Carol Cayemberg (Knoxville), Douglas Cayemberg of Manitowoc, WI, Stephen Boyd (Knoxville), Gail, Stephen Zweig of Las Gatos, CA, Jane and Allen England (Farragut); and his nephew Seth Boyd of Knoxville.
