Welch, Sr. of Middlesboro, KY; her child Donnie; her sister Jo Ann McClure of Pasco, WA; her son-in-law Donnie Burnett of Maryville, TN; and her parents-in-law, Cortus and Callie Mae Welch of Harrogate, TN.
She is survived by: her children, Donald R. Welch, Jr. of Beatrice, NE, Sheila Messer (Cleve) of Townsend, TN, Sara Burnett of Maryville, TN and Jack Welch (Della) of Richmond, KY.; her grandchildren, Ashley Cooper (Nathan) of Knoxville, TN, Kelsey Satterfield (Dillon) of Townsend, TN, Zayven Welch, Ayden Welch, Malakai Welch of Richmond, KY, Rhys Burnett of Maryville, TN, Isabella Burnett of Fayetteville, NC and Autumn Burnett of Kingsport, TN.; her great grandchildren, Sydney Cooper, Levi Cooper, Wyatt Cooper of Knoxville, TN and Kai Bandon of Fayetteville, NC.; and her sister Erma Fox of Pueblo, CO.
