He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Roberts Moore; his children, Bill Adkins (Ellie), Shawna Martinez and Amy Phillips; his mother Louise Moore; his grandchildren, Cody Adkins, Kaylee Adkins, Angelica Martinez, Kaylyn Martinez and Avariella Phillips; his brothers, Len Moore and W. C. Wilhoit (Alice); his father Yuel Moore; and his mother-in-law Mary Lamb Roberts.
