He is survived by: his close friend Martha Carol Miller; his cousin Troy Garland; his siblings, Sharon (Bill Breeden), Vickie Atkins and Ricky; his sister-in-law Karole Atkins; and his stepchildren, Dorothy, Rachel Blair and Cagney Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
