He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jenkins Jr. and Jameslee Jenkins-Henry; and his siblings, Albert Jenkins and Carletta Jenkins-Gibbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael E. Jenkins of Atlanta, GA, Dorothy L. Jenkins and Joyce A. Jenkins-Jones of Maryville, TN; and his uncle George Jenkins of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
