He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Burlingame, Wanda Helton (Tommy) and Darril Blevins (Nancy); his children, Karrie Blevins-Parker and Kris Blevins (Kim); and his stepdaughters, Lisa Abbott (Scott) and Stephanie Everett. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
