He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Riley Carpenter and Hazel Medley; and his sisters, Erma Cooley, Barbara Peters and Mary Long.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Carpenter; his children, Stan (Shirley Carpenter), Scott Carpenter (Peg Hambright), Janet Luttrell and Kae Carpenter; his grandchildren, Brad Luttrell, Monique, Jason Luttrell, Amanda Bailey, Johna Luttrell and Hunter Todd; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Noonan, Cara Bailey, Kenneth Bailey, Jr. and Emma Luttrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
We have chosen a graveside service out of respect for everyone due to COVID.
